Youth Participants: 29 (Male – 17, Female – 12)
Capacity Building Training for Rural Youths – The three days training program was conducted on Self and Society in Karaikal-Puducherry zone with the great support of Indian Social Institute-Bengaluru. In this training 29 young people participated, got a great knowledge of understanding oneself and society. This training pushed the youth to move forward to be responsible citizens of the society.
As a facilitator, I feel that this training program has been deeply rewarding and inspiring. Watching these young leaders step up with courage and enthusiasm has reminded me of why I am so passionate about community empowerment. I’ve found that facilitating this program goes beyond simply teaching concepts—it’s about creating a safe and encouraging space where participants feel free to share their struggles, voice their ideas, and envision a different future.
